You will have 7 days from receipt of your shipment to check the fit. Before the 7 days is up, send the try-on kit back using the prepaid shipping label provided with your order. You'll only pay standard US shipping, and we'll include prepaid return label! Sorry, we can only ship to the US for this offer. Return international labels are not available due to customs restrictions.
If you fail to get your frames postmarked in the mail after the 7 days, we will have no choice but to charge you $20 per frame. Don't make us do that, we honestly don't want to! Once you've decided on your favorite fit, return to our website to make your online purchase. You have just bought free peace of mind that your prescription frames will fit perfectly!
BABY SIZE
Our baby heart frame fits ages 0-3 years old, depending on your baby's head size. The face frame is slightly oversized so they may fit on older children. Also recommended to try the head strap & ear adjuster kit included with the try-on kit to ensure a better fit on infants or toddlers growing into a larger size.
TODDLER SIZE
Our toddler size fits ages 2-5 years, depending on head size. The face frame is slightly oversized so they may fit on older children. We find that our ear adjusters are a great addition for kiddos getting glasses for the first time.
JUNIOR SIZE
Our junior size fits ages 5+ years old and can fit a huge range of kids. It really depends on head size.
As a mom of a medical complex kiddo, I was dreading having to shop for glasses as I thought having to go in person would be the only way to find the right fit for my daughter. So when I came across Roshambo’s website, I was very excited to see that they offered try-on kits for their eyewear. I ordered two sets of glasses to try: the bendees and the heart frame glasses. To my surprise, the bendees or baby size were too small for my daughter’s head shape. Had the try-on kits not been available, I would have ordered the wrong size. The toddler heart frames were the best fit (which by the way are so adorable!). I’m very happy that I will know the fit and feel of the glasses before I buy them. Made the shopping process very easy and smooth. (Peach heart shaped are the toddler size while aqua is the baby size.)
The packet came quickly and had multiple frames gone in - made the process super easy!!!
Definitely worth getting the kit to make sure you get the right size and shape for you little. :D
My kiddo is super excited about her new glasses! This kit was a great experience making it easy to try on new frames right at home. She loves the comfort and styles. Because they are much more affordable than where she got her previous frames, she's going to get a heart shaped pair and a more classic look so she always has her glasses accessible at school and home. We love the durability and softness around her ears and how light they are on her face.

Love that you get to try before buying , I ended up going with the square shape . Both were very cute , so I’m going to have to come back for the the round shape. They are so light and comfortable !
