If your prescription does not include your Pupillary Distance (the distance between the centers of each eye), you can either use our virtual PD measurement tool during checkout, or you can take a picture at home and email it to us and we’ll measure it for you! Your PD will ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. Please email us the photo or PD to avoid delays - your PD is required for a perfect pair!
We offer a variety of add-ons for your prescriptions, which allows you to add on an additional scratch coating with a 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement guarantee, blue light blocking technology (for screen time use!) or even a spare frame to swap out your lenses! Only choose 1 of the Rad, Radder and Raddest options.
Stronger prescription powers require more TLC from our team and may encounter longer processing times. Sphere power over +/- 6.00 or Cylinder power over +/- 2.00 require custom made lenses with extra surfacing, shaping, and optical wizardry. If you have a stronger Rx, please select this option above to prevent significant delays in processing your order. We hate having to ask for more money later, it's a bummer for everybody! Two sizes of temple pieces with adjustable felt headband or traditional behind the ears arms when you want them allow you to adapt to your baby’s needs - no tools required, snap in snap out, with no metal parts! Each order contains two straps matching the selected frame color, with varying lengths to help customize the fit: 1 strap of 15.75in and 1 strap of 19in.
We guarantee that the prescription glasses you receive will match the prescription you send us, or we will fix it free of charge. It's never a bad idea to have your new prescription glasses checked by your local optician for accuracy, especially for babies and little ones who can't self report an issue. Most opticians will be happy to check for free! We have an outstanding accuracy record and will of course fix any issue immediately, but peace of mind is worth the time!
We offer a full damage replacement guarantee if your frames break or get damaged in the first year of their use.
Our transition and tinted/polarized prescription lenses come standard with our 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement warranty included. Our clear prescription lenses do not automatically come with a scratch replacement warranty, but it is available for purchase! When you are purchasing your glasses you will see a few add-ons available to help you build your perfect prescription.
Most glasses should ship within 7-10 business days (often faster!). We can fill most prescriptions, but if for some reason we can't fill yours, we will let you know and issue you a full refund.
Our son is 2.5yo with down syndrome, and we were given a diagnosis and a strict warning that he runs a serious risk of going blind if he doesn't wear his glasses during every minute of his waking hours. We were stressed, terrified, and honestly had no idea how we were going to get him to wear glasses for 2 minutes, much less the majority of the day. Our first attempts (2 different pairs of expensive glasses from a local highly regarded optician) were nothing but struggle. Thankfully a coworker made an off hand recommendation for Roshambo. They seem much more thoughtfully designed for kids, and they are amazing for kids with special needs. It's not perfect, but he wears them mostly without any struggle at all. They're much lighter and don't irritate his head. He forgets they're there. And they are incredibly well made (no scratches so far). We are so much more comfortable knowing they're affordable, because any two year old runs the risk of losing them every now and again! :) All to say, we are so grateful we found this company!! Highly recommended! It's been such a challenge finding glasses that fit my little girls face that were cute, affordable and that we could try on ahead of time. Keeping glasses on a 9 month old is a challenge, but with multiple options included it ensures we have something that works and that grows with her. So grateful for this company. Got these for my daughter, they fit amazing and so easy to find the right adjustment for her. I tried other pairs and with her high prescription the frames were too big. First set that didn’t have her screaming and pulling them off. These are fitting great with her hearing aids and having a VP shunt ( an implanted drain from her brain.

I have a very active toddler, and we knew we needed to get glasses that we were durable and comfortable. The adjustable straps and ear guards definitely come on handy. I highly recommend these!
