If your prescription does not include your Pupillary Distance (the distance between the centers of each eye), you can either use our virtual PD measurement tool during checkout, or you can take a picture at home and email it to us and we’ll measure it for you! Your PD will ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. Please email us the photo or PD to avoid delays - your PD is required for a perfect pair!
We offer a variety of add-ons for your prescriptions, which allows you to add on an additional scratch coating with a 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement guarantee, blue light blocking technology (for screen time use!) or even a spare frame to swap out your lenses! Only choose 1 of the Rad, Radder and Raddest options.
Stronger prescription powers require more TLC from our team and may encounter longer processing times. Sphere power over +/- 6.00 or Cylinder power over +/- 2.00 require custom made lenses with extra surfacing, shaping, and optical wizardry. If you have a stronger Rx, please select this option above to prevent significant delays in processing your order. We hate having to ask for more money later, it's a bummer for everybody! If you are not sure, email helpme@roshambobaby.com with your Rx and we can tell you!
We guarantee that the prescription glasses you receive will match the prescription you send us, or we will fix it free of charge. It's never a bad idea to have your new prescription glasses checked by your local optician for accuracy, especially for babies and little ones who can't self report an issue. Most opticians will be happy to check for free! We have an outstanding accuracy record and will of course fix any issue immediately, but peace of mind is worth the time!
We offer a full damage replacement guarantee if your frames break or get damaged in the first year of their use.
Our transition and tinted/polarized prescription lenses come standard with our 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement warranty included. Our clear prescription lenses do not automatically come with a scratch replacement warranty, but it is available for purchase! When you are purchasing your glasses you will see a few add-ons available to help you build your perfect prescription.
Most glasses should ship within 7-10 business days (often faster!). We can fill most prescriptions, but if for some reason we can't fill yours, we will let you know and issue you a full refund.

I was so anxious to find the right glasses for my 3 year old boy when we found out he needed them, and I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg at the optical stores in my area. I was so excited when I found Roshambo! We did the try-on kit and my son had so much fun trying on the different styles, and he loved getting to choose from so many good colors when we decided to purchase his prescription glasses. He has adjusted to them so well after having them for a week and he loves them! The bendable and durable frames are exactly what my super busy and active boy needs. The only thing I wish was different was the strap it comes with, it was too small and made the glasses too tight on my son’s face. So we had to order a fabric adjustable strap elsewhere. If Roshambo had the option to add on a strap like that instead of the silicone one I definitely would have ordered that, so I didn’t have to wait a week to get the adjustable strap delivered from another seller. But still gave this 5 star reviews since that part isn’t related to the glasses directly. Overall thrilled with our experience with Roshambo!
I have a rough and tumble little boy and these are holding up amazing. When he got a scratch on one of the lens the warranty team got back to me so quick and helped me. We will be buying more for back up pairs
We are in love with these adorable glasses! They are very comfortable according to my 3 year old, who does not complain at all when he has to put them on in the morning and wear them all day long. They are soft yet sturdy, and I’m so happy they’re made of a very pliable material so they won’t break easy with a toddler. We got them in 2 colors after trying on the trial kit and they fit him so well. Extremely pleased with the customer service and the glasses both arrived in retro cases that were awesome. One thing to note: I thought they’d come with the strap to wrap around the head like the trial pairs did but they didn’t, so I had to order those separate. Highly recommend for young kids as they help keep them on all day.
They're super good! My 4-year-old son is tremendous, and the glasses always work! They're sturdy and never break... and not to mention the company's seriousness. They're very good and professional, always paying attention to detail and helping in any way they can.
