Our Slip Grip ear adjusters are made with a comfy, stretchy, light, and easily detachable silicone material that is perfect for all sizes of our sunglasses and glasses frames (baby, toddler, junior, adult).
ANTI SLIP: These silicone ear pieces for glasses will help keep your sunglasses and prescription glasses in place so they won't slip, bounce, or fall off during workouts, sports, or chasing the kids around the block, making them some of the best accessories for glasses!
EASY ADD: The eyeglasses ear grips have 2 slits in the side of each circle piece, which you'll push the arms of your glasses through. They only need to slide over the ends of the temple tips to rest behind your ear. They'll feel snug enough that you can do a handstand in them!
Right Eye (OD) & Left Eye (OS)
OD stands for "oculus dexter" which is Latin for "right eye". OS stands for "oculus sinister" which is Latin for "left eye."
Sphere (SPH) aka Power (PWR)
If you’re nearsighted you’ll have a minus (-) before the number, and if you’re farsighted you’ll have a plus (+) sign.
Cylinder (CYL)
This is only for people with astigmatism. A nearsighted astigmatism will have a minus (-) before the number, and a farsighted astigmatism will have a plus (+) sign.
Axis
This is only for people with astigmatism. The axis is a number between 0 and 180 and determines the orientation of the Cylinder (CYL).
We need your Pupillary Distance (PD) to ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. PD is the distance between the centers of each eye. Once we get your PD we can finish your glasses!
Kid PD Range: 35-65 mm.
Adult PD Range: 50-80 mm.
If your PD has 2 numbers, it is typically written 22/20 on your prescription. The first number is the right eye (OD), and the second is the left eye (OS).

We love the design of these ear grips. They have a smaller profile than other brands we’ve tried which means they are less likely to be chewed/ bitten off by a mouthy toddler. Our son is quite active and when he began wearing glasses we were worried about them falling off. We tried an elastic strap but he refused to wear the glasses because the strap was uncomfortable. The grips are a great alternative and keep the glasses on his face through all kinds of running, jumping, climbing, and hiking.
I got enough of these for myself and all my kids sunglasses, they actually help them stay on, especially when I have to bend over to deal with the kids!
These r perfect! They allow me to move my head any way I want as fast or rough as I want without my glasses slipping off or moving. Also great bc my old glasses used to fall down on my nose, but these stop it from doing that.
Not good for active little kids. My son needs something different
We transitioned our almost 5yr old to the junior size from toddler frames, and were pleasantly surprised to find these grips instead of the other style for behind the ear. He's had glasses since he was 16 months so is very used to having to wear them, but the only thing he's fought against were the wrap behind the ear grips. Not because they weren't comfortable, but because his dad and I don't have them on our glasses, and he didn't like being different. These donut grips are great! Easy to put on, they are comfy against the skin, and best yet, they are low profile so he feels like his glasses match mom and dad. Even better than all that, they actually work! I'm buying a few more pair so that I don't have to keep switching them between frames when he wants a color swap!
