All products are guaranteed against all defects for 60 days from the date of the invoice. Roshambo Baby, Inc. will replace any children’s sunglasses damaged in the course of normal, intended and expected use. Roshambo Baby, Inc reserves the right to determine what is a “normal, intended and expected use.” This replacement offer does not extend to any damage to sunglass lenses, including lens scratches, breaks or loss, unless those defects are manufacturing defects or damage already incurred upon receipt of the product from roshambo baby. However, Roshambo Baby provides an additional replacement guarantee for damage or breakage to frames occurring from normal, intended, and expected use of the frames for one (1) year from the date of purchase from a partner retail store or this website. Roshambo Baby also offers a lens replacement guarantee for any lost lenses lost in the normal, intended and expected course of use if purchased from a partner retail store or this website.

This lens replacement offer extends only to regular polarized lenses in our baby, toddler, junior and adult sizes. This offer is intended to be a one time replacement offer, any subsequent replacement requests will be solely at the discretion of the company or require an addition fee. Neither offer covers any handling or shipping fees associated with replacement, which are to be paid by the customer.
