If your prescription does not include your Pupillary Distance (the distance between the centers of each eye), you can either use our virtual PD measurement tool during checkout, or you can take a picture at home and email it to us and we’ll measure it for you! Your PD will ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. Please email us the photo or PD to avoid delays - your PD is required for a perfect pair!
We offer a variety of add-ons for your prescriptions, which allows you to add on an additional scratch coating with a 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement guarantee, blue light blocking technology (for screen time use!) or even a spare frame to swap out your lenses! Only choose 1 of the Rad, Radder and Raddest options.
Stronger prescription powers require more TLC from our team and may encounter longer processing times. Sphere power over +/- 6.00 or Cylinder power over +/- 2.00 require custom made lenses with extra surfacing, shaping, and optical wizardry. If you have a stronger Rx, please select this option above to prevent significant delays in processing your order. We hate having to ask for more money later, it's a bummer for everybody! Two sizes of temple pieces with adjustable felt headband or traditional behind the ears arms when you want them allow you to adapt to your baby’s needs - no tools required, snap in snap out, with no metal parts! Each order contains two straps matching the selected frame color, with varying lengths to help customize the fit: 1 strap of 15.75in and 1 strap of 19in.
We guarantee that the prescription glasses you receive will match the prescription you send us, or we will fix it free of charge. It's never a bad idea to have your new prescription glasses checked by your local optician for accuracy, especially for babies and little ones who can't self report an issue. Most opticians will be happy to check for free! We have an outstanding accuracy record and will of course fix any issue immediately, but peace of mind is worth the time!
We offer a full damage replacement guarantee if your frames break or get damaged in the first year of their use.
Our transition and tinted/polarized prescription lenses come standard with our 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement warranty included. Our clear prescription lenses do not automatically come with a scratch replacement warranty, but it is available for purchase! When you are purchasing your glasses you will see a few add-ons available to help you build your perfect prescription.
Most glasses should ship within 7-10 business days (often faster!). We can fill most prescriptions, but if for some reason we can't fill yours, we will let you know and issue you a full refund.
After the initial sticker-shock of the price of baby glasses from our local optometrist, we decided to look for an alternative and are so glad we found Roshambo! Right from the start, they have been kind, responsive, and very helpful. We received our prescription Bendees a week after placing the order and my son got used to wearing them within two days! The multiple strap and arm options allowed us to find the right fit and will allow the glasses to grow with him for awhile. Oh my goodness. My 1 year old just got glasses and I will only use this brand. They are flexible, hard to break, and are the cutest things ever! The clear strap that came with it has been perfect to keep them in place on his face and are hard enough to slow him down from

Due to my son's eye condition, he's very sensitive to sunlight. Therefore, I wish the glasses would be darker for the "light responsive" lenses.
However, we do have prescription sunglasses as well.
